connman-vpn software package provides Intel Connection Manager daemon - VPN daemon, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install connman-vpn
connman-vpn is installed in your system.
Make ensure the connman-vpn package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep connman-vpn *
You will get with connman-vpn package name, version, architecture and description in a table
